Our Shipping Options
Please be aware we’ve temporarily extended our delivery timeframes. Also, please note, express shipping may not currently be available for your order.
Standard Shipping: Currently arrives in 5-15 business days
Free for orders of $75 or more
We process orders Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).
We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Your estimated delivery date is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
We are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted. However, you must contact within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
Conditions of return/Exchange:
we can only exchange for the same product in a different size or color, or something of equal or lesser value, and are subject to our stock availability.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
